The Spa SHRTM uses photo-selective thermolysis and combines it with its patented IN-Motion technology. The light in certain wave lengths and the heat emitted by Spa SHR targets the pigment, the melanin, located in hair follicles.Flashes of light disable the targeted hair follicle, causing the unwanted hair to fall out, and preventing future growth. Since hair growth cycles are not synchronized –several treatment sessions are needed to also treat dormant follicles, and within a few treatments, Spa SHR leaves beautifully bare skin.
Gradual heating. What makes Spa SHR stand out in the industry is its use of high pulse repetition rates at low energy levels, together with high power. Instead of simply blasting unwanted hair, it heats the hair follicles very gradually – without discomfort – but maintains maximum effectiveness so as not to damage the skin's surface. In addition to hair removal, the Spa SHR offers two complementary skin treatments, with the SST and SSR modules.
The SST module tightens and recontours loose skin, using innovative, infrared technology. By heating the skin safely and comfortably, the SST treatment leaves skin with a tighter, toned, and more youthful appearance. The treatment, ideal for face and neck skin tightening, can be performed on a lunch hour, with minimal side effects and down-time.
The SSR module offers skin rejuvenation, which reduces the appearance of brown spots, broken capillaries and sun damage. Skin rejuvenation treatments are gentle, with no down- time, and can be done during a lunch hour. The SSR’s laser technology repairs skin defects and treats facial wrinkles using its low-energy, short-pulse broadband light. Imperfections such as erythema of rosacea, age spots and other discolored signs of photoaging can be gently heated and eliminated, and are replaced by newer, younger looking skin.
